Terms of Use

United States Copyright Law protects Dallas Design Group’s products and services. Purchasers (clients) may not modify, duplicate in any form, or distribute our house plans or specifications based on information provided on our website or homeplan documents. Any reproductions or modifications without the express written consent of Dallas Design Group is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. When a full set of House Plans is purchased , the purchaser is granted the right to build that home plan one time (Unless a multiple license is purchased). Please contact us for a Multiple use license Quotation by telephone at 972-907-0080, or by email at info@dallasdesigngroup.com. The original purchaser has the right to build one home from the plans. A client may purchase plans for a builder to build a home for the client, or a builder may purchase house plansto build for a client. It is illegal to copy or modify artistic works without having purchased the right to do so. Even if clients are planning on making extensive changes to the design, copyright laws require clients to purchase a copy of the home plans. Clients are allowed to make copies from our blueprints. Clients may only build one time per purchase. Multiple use licenses are also available at additional cost. Narrow lot plans or Zero Lot line plans can be built in many areas of the country. We have a great selection of Narrow lot plans, luxury home plans, contemporary house plans, as well as plans designed for larger lots and acreage.

The information, plans, and specifications contained in these documents are provided “as is” without warranty, either expressed or implied. Dallas Design Group & Associates assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in these pages or other documents which are referenced by or linked to these web pages. In no event shall Dallas Design Group be liable for any damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including damages resulting from loss of use, or profits, whether or not advised of the possibilities of damage, or any liability as a result of the use or interpretation of this information. Dallas Design Group reserves the right to make changes at any time.

Trademarks

Dallas Design Group’s logo, images, and name are trademarks of Dallas Design Group. We specialize in narrow lot plans, luxury house plans, and new custom design.

Dallas Design Group processes orders securely using the highest standards and latest technologies. We provide secure online payments and services accepting Personal Checks, and all major credit and debit cards. We also process payments over the phone via PayPal. Our web and virtual credit card processing utilizes the latest in encryption technologies to ensure your transaction is safe, reliable, and secure.

NOTE:

Heating, plumbing, and/or foundation design details and specifications are easily obtained by your builder, contractor, and/or local suppliers. A foundation engineer should engineer the foundation and Dallas Design Group is not liable for any failure due to any foundation and/or heating and plumbing issues. Please make sure you hire a licensed and reputable builder who is fully insured and bonded in case you have any problems during construction. Dallas Design Group is not liable for any lack of engineering design and the responsibilities of construction rest solely with the purchaser and/or builder. Foundation plans that are provided by Dallas Design Group are for schematic use only.

Dallas Design Group and our house designers make every effort to ensure that our plans are accurate, we reserve the right to make corrections if changes are required. From narrow lot plans to Multi family designs to Luxury Home plans to Condominium plans, Dallas Design group has decades of experience in Architectural design.

Special Note:

Attention CA, OR, SC, WA, and NV residents: Our house plans do not meet Earthquake Seismic/Wind code requirements. Energy Analysis is not included.

Attention GA, SC, FL, and NC Coastal residents: Plans may have to be engineered to meet local Hurricane/Wind codes.

Attention AL, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, ID, LA, KY, MD, MA, MN, NV, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, UT, and VA residents: Plans may have to be engineered to meet local building codes. Please consult your local building officials before placing your order.

Shipments:

If an order is returned to us by the shipping company, either because no one was home to accept delivery, or any other reason, please be aware that we will be unable to credit shipping charges on any returned orders. If you receive a damaged item, please return it immediately and upon inspection and verification we will ship you a new plan or plans immediately. All orders are usually shipped within two business days. If for any reason we do not ship your item within 10 days from receipt of your paid order, you may request a refund.

Orders:

You will receive an e-mail order confirmation immediately after placing your order. All Dallas Design Group plans will be shipped “Federal Express Standard” unless customer specifies special delivery. Additional charges for special delivery may apply. Conditions of Sale Policy

Purchaser agrees to comply with all local codes and building regulations. The house plans featured on Dallas Design Group’s web site are designed by building designers and architects. Our home plans utilize national recognized building codes such as the Uniform Building Code, Standard Building Code, or Basic Building Code that were in effect at the time they were drawn. Because local and state building regulations vary and are constantly changing, Dallas Design Group authorizes the sale and use of these plans upon the purchaser’s obligation and agreement to strictly comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, regulations, and requirements. Note that certain states require the services and seal of an architect registered in that state. Purchaser agrees to check and verify all dimensions and materials before construction. Due to regional variations, Dallas Design Group does not guarantee the availability of any materials or products suggested or specified on plans. All construction plans ordered through Dallas Design Group are provided as-is and Dallas Design Group provides no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness of purpose. Construction plans may change without notice. All construction plans ordered through Dallas Design Group are provided as-is and Dallas Design Group provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding the use of our plans. Dallas Design Group is not liable for any loss or damages arising from the use and or interpretation of these plans including any lost business opportunity or loss of any anticipated profits, or any other economic loss. All plans designed by AIA licensed Architect, or award winning home designers . If you are building narrow lot plans, be sure to check with you local building officials regarding easements, building setbacks, side-yard requirements etc…
